Austin Wilburn is the CEO of J&A Ford Tree Care. He does the majority of the bidding, solves the problems, and also still climbs when needed. He is a jack of all trades. Austin is a Certified Arborist, has his CORE and 3A certification, all of which allow him to be knowledgeable in the field. When Austin is meeting with clients, whether commercial or residential, you can trust that he is going to give a recommendation based on what is best for the client and the trees.
Melanie is the President of J&A Ford Tree Care. She is the person you will most likely find on the other end of the phone when you call in to J&A Ford Tree Care. She takes care of all of the office duties for the business & helps with the day to day operations. She has a degree from Purdue University in Retail Management and a certificate in Entrepreneurship. In 2021, she also got her Real Estate License and is a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty Group in Fort Wayne. She enjoys helping people buy, sell or build.
Kevin is our lead foreman at J&A Ford Tree Care. He has been with our company the longest out of every employee. Kevin is a Certified Arborist and also his CORE & 3A certifications. He is the main operator of our Spider Lift and Bucket Truck in order to do pruning and removals. Kevin also assists Austin with running bids for the company and meeting clients. Kevin has been doing tree work for over 30+ years.
